Indemnification

Return Policy
In the event of a manufacturing defect in the requested product, the customer must send the product to the offices of MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V., located at Calle 6, No. 503, Colonia Montebello, Mérida, Yucatán, in order to process the return. The cost of shipping the product to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the product, MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will either replace the product or issue a refund within the next seven business days.
MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will not provide refunds or returns for courses or services that require an advance payment, if the customer decides to cancel the order or not attend. In the case of cancellation or non-attendance, the customer will forfeit any advance payment made to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. and will be required to cover any non-recoverable costs incurred by MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. in providing the requested service.
No Refund Guarantee
There will be no refunds for digital products, consulting services, or physical products that do not specify a limited-time refund period.
None of the programs, courses, workshops, or training sessions offered and delivered by MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. come with a refund guarantee. For this reason, MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will not issue refunds or returns for payments made for any product or service purchased that requires an advance payment or full payment, and that the customer, for their own convenience, decides to cancel the purchase or not attend. Therefore, the student has no right to any refund guarantee unless such a guarantee has been specifically mentioned in writing in the promotional materials of a particular program, which would be considered an exception to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V.’s no-refund policy. In any case without such an exception, in the event of cancellation or non-attendance, the customer will forfeit any advance payment made to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. and will be required to cover any non-recoverable costs incurred by MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. in providing the requested service
