Refund Policy
If there is a manufacturing defect in the purchased product, the customer must send it to the offices of MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V., located at Calle 6, number 503, Colonia Montebello, in the city of Mérida, Yucatán. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V.’s offices. Upon receiving the product, MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will proceed with either an exchange or a refund within the following seven business days.
MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. does not provide refunds or returns for courses or services that require an advance payment if the customer decides to cancel their order or not attend for personal reasons. In the event of cancellation or non-attendance, the customer will forfeit any advance payments made to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. and must cover all non-recoverable expenses incurred by the company in preparation for providing the requested service.
No Refund Guarantee
There will be no refunds for digital products, consulting services, or physical products that do not specify a limited-time refund period.
None of the programs, courses, workshops, or training sessions provided and delivered by MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. include a refund guarantee. For this reason, MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will not issue refunds or returns for any payments made for any product or service purchased that requires a deposit or full payment, if the client chooses to cancel their purchase or not attend. Therefore, the student is not entitled to any refund guarantee unless such a guarantee has been explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program and in writing within the promotional materials of that program. In such a case, it would be considered an exception to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V.’s no-refund policy. For any case without such an exception, in the event of cancellation or non-attendance, the client will forfeit any deposit made to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. and must cover any non-recoverable expenses incurred by MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. to provide the requested service.
